Common questions

Do I need to know how to code?

No. The recording is done by clicking through your normal workflow with a mouse and keyboard. No scripting, no programming knowledge required. If you can use the system being audited, you can create an agent for it.

Does my audit data go to the cloud?

Only if you choose cloud mode. The downloadable Windows/Mac app runs entirely on your machine — credentials, extracted data and results never leave your network. For cloud mode, agents run on your own VPS, not shared infrastructure.

Which systems does it work with?

Any web application (browser agents) and any desktop application on Windows or Mac (desktop agents). This includes SAP GUI, Oracle ERP, Workday, ServiceNow, Microsoft Dynamics, any internal web portal, and more. If a human can operate it on screen, the agent can too.

What ITGC controls are included?

Seven controls are built in: User Access Review (UAR), Privileged Access Management (PAM), Segregation of Duties (SOD), Access Provisioning (PROV), Access Termination (TERM), Change Management (CHM), and Security Log Review (LOG). Enterprise plans can add custom controls.

Is SAP GUI scripting enabled by default?

SAP GUI has scripting turned off by default. Your SAP Basis team can enable it in SAP GUI settings → Options → Scripting. This is a standard SAP feature — no custom development required.

Can I cancel anytime?
